Yes. This game was made with HTML/CSS/Javascript without using a game making software/engine. And for the Android application, I just use an html site to apk converter to port the game and make the game playable on Android devices.
thats really cool! never seen that on the website! (only have seen unity, source, and packaged scratch games)
